Salary Package:- 2.5 – 3.75 Lacs P.A.

Employment Type:- Full Time, Permanent

Qualifications Required:- PUC / Intermediate/ 10+3 (Diploma) / Graduation

Roles & Responsibilities:-

The primary role of an agent is to provide service to the customer over a call or email and provide resolution accordingly.

• Provide support and resolve issues via call, chat and other electronic communication.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Rendering services to customers and ensuring satisfactory.

Job Details:

• Students pursuing studies through regular college are not eligible.
• Rotational US Shifts(Midnight shifts as well)
• 5 days working; 2 rotational week offs (No fixed off on Saturday and Sunday)
• Educational certificates are mandatory.
• Must be flexible to work from office.

Interview Process:

• PIR (Personal Introduction Round)
• Assessment Test
• Manager Round
