Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
Strong listening and presentation skills.
Good knowledge of MS Office.

Key Responsibilities:-

Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, support emails, support chats/calls, and cold calls.
Understand customer needs and requirements.
Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.
Data entry of new lead in fresh sales and ERP.

Sharing price quotes to the client. (Using ERP for preparing price Quote).
Payment follow-up with the client for PO and post that Sharing Invoice.
Updating Finance team for any change in PayPal invoice.
Able to manage key client accounts (Related to Pricing, licenses, renewal, sales, and technical support).
Perform effective online demos to prospects and secure Annual Maintenance and Renewal contracts with existing customers post the training period.

Note: –

The Male candidate must be flexible to work in all rotational shifts including primarily in the Evening and Late-Night shifts as per business demands.
The resource would need to work on Weekend Remote Support slots as per the roaster plans.
