- Customer Enquiries, Complaints Resolution, Lead Generation, Channel Migration- Answer general queries from customers on retail products and generate leads, provide information on customerβs account, credit card, loans and assist in complaints resolution, promote alternative channels like IVR, Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, SMS Banking and Online Chat in line with the agreed standards
- Customer Requests – Record/raise customer requests and ensure that they are processed within the stipulated turn-around time
