Candidate Management:-

• Sourcing and Screening the Candidates as per client requirements.
• Developing and managing Candidate pool
• Attracting new candidates via networking, internal database, job portals, references, Headhunting & campus.
• Maintaining call cycles for a selected pool of candidates
• Maintaining relationships with both sourced and placed Candidates
• Candidate Management during the recruitment process and after selection.
• Monitor online portals and incoming emails for new job opportunities
• Arranging interviews, preparing candidates for interview, taking client and candidate feedback
