Required Qualifications:-

• Graduates from commerce & science background (B. Com/B.Sc./BBA)
• Eligible Batch : 2022 Batch (Current Final Year)
• 60% aggregate throughout academics (SSC : above 60, HSC : above 60, Graduation Percentage : above 60)

Required Skills & Job Description – Voice and Non-Voice:-

• Developing long-term relationships with clients through managing and interpreting their requirements.
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
• Take the extra mile to engage with customers
• Strong telephony etiquettes (verbal & active listening skills)
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of changes
