Basic Qualifications:-

· Basic proficiency MS Excel and MS Word.
· Experience in delivery operations or related field.
· Good quantitative aptitude and data interpretation skills
· Experience in analytical, results-oriented environment with external customer interaction.
· Good oral communication skills and the ability to express thoughts logically and succinctly.
· Demonstrated active listening skills, highly consultative and solutions-oriented.
· Entrepreneurial drive and demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:-

· Bachelor’s degree
· 1+ years of experience in delivery operations management
· Fluency in Kannada is a huge plus

Job Description :-

• You will be responsible for overseeing the delivery station operations for our Service Partners and hand over of shipments between amazon and service partners. In this role you will be responsible for supporting the Service Partners in delivery performance management and driving the operational plan.

Essential Functions:-

– Responsible for handover of shipments between service partner and Amazon and connecting with source.
– Prevention of abuse in the last mile operations.
– Working with the station managers to ensure smooth functioning of the delivery operations.
– Ensuring the delivery process from delivery station to customer address
– Monitoring daily station operations & ensure that organizational targets are met without any compromise on Customer Promise
– Ensure the package pick-up process from customer address to delivery station & connecting the same to origin
