Required Qualification :- Β Graduate/Postgraduate (preferred fromΒ Commerce, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, or related fields)
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate/Postgraduate (preferred fromΒ Commerce, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, or related fields)
- Strong proficiency inΒ Advanced Microsoft Excel & SQL (mandatory)
(Pivot Tables, complex formulas, data analysis techniques) - GoodΒ analytical and problem-solving skills
- EffectiveΒ written and verbal communication skills
- Working knowledge ofΒ MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Ability toΒ interpret data and translate it into meaningful insights
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure toΒ Business Intelligence toolsΒ (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
- Understanding ofΒ AML Compliance / Risk / Financial Services domain
- Experience withΒ dashboard creation and data visualization
- StrongΒ stakeholder management skillsΒ (good to have)
- Ability toΒ drive discussions and present insights confidently
Responsibilities:
How will you make an impact in this role?
- Support creation and delivery of Weekly, Monthly, and ad-hoc MIS reports
- Develop and maintain performance scorecards and reporting dashboards
- Assist in building Automated reporting solutions to improve efficiency
- Perform data extraction, validation, and analysis from multiple sources
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and provide solutions
- Participate in and lead reporting discussions with business partners when required
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of all deliverables
- Support continuous improvement of reporting processes and data quality
