Eligibility Criteria
Required:
- Bachelorโs degree in engineering (B. Tech / B.E.), BCA, B.Sc. Computer Science / Information technology.ย
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsย ย
- Basic understanding of data analysis and reporting conceptsย
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data and reporting tasksย
- Excellent communication and collaboration skillsย
- Eagerness to learn and ability to work in a fast-paced environmentย
Preferred:
- Basic knowledge of SQL, Python, Power BI, or similar toolsย
- Understanding of risk management, compliance, or financial services conceptsย
- Exposure to data visualization or dashboarding toolsย
- Ability to work with large datasets and attention to detailย
Responsibilities:
- Support development and enhancement of MIS reporting and analytics solutions for GMNS risk and compliance metrics
- Assist in data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and key risk indicators
- Work with structured and unstructured data to support identification of potential risk areas and process gaps
- Help prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership review
- Support root cause analysis by gathering data and identifying key drivers of risk trends
- Assist in tracking risk and compliance metrics to support risk-based decision making
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support ongoing reporting and analytics initiatives
- Contribute to automation and process improvement efforts for reporting workflows using AI tools and advanced automation capabilities
- Support documentation of processes, methodologies, and reporting frameworks
- Assist in ad-hoc analysis and projects aligned to improving the control environment
