MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, graphic arts, design, communications, or related field
• 1-3 years of experience in graphic design
• Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and the web
• Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier Pro, Aftereffects, and other graphic design software, Video editing tools like Camtasia
• Compelling portfolio of work over a wide range of creative projects
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent eye for detail
• Ability to work independently, as well as with others in a diverse team environment
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and to communicate effectively
• Demonstrated skills in writing and presenting in fluent English

• Experience working in complex engineering environments and content teams

SUMMARY

• As an integral part of the Ansys Innovation Courses Team, the Technical Support Engineer will be working on all the design aspects of the courses: UI, graphics, multimedia, video creation and editing.
• The engineer will closely collaborate with other team members to translate team’s vision into reality via the collateral that is created.
• The ability to research problems and find innovative solutions and approaches to a wide variety of challenges is paramount.
• Position is a key member of a positive, dynamic team of engineers committed to solving complex customer issues.

• Create and design various materials for print, digital, video, multimedia collateral
• Ensure projects are completed with high quality and on schedule
• Establish creative direction for the team following Ansys branding guidelines
• Prioritize and manage multiple projects within design specifications and budget restrictions
• Maintain and update existing collateral as needed
• Work with a wide range of media and use graphic design software
