Job Position:βΒ Trainee – Customer Support
Job Location :βPUNE, INDIAΒ (This would be the night shift role from WFH (10:00 PM to 6:00 AM IST with +- 1hour)

Requirements:-
- Knowledge of Java or Python
- Good understanding of Relational Databases Hands-on experience in writing SQL queries
- Good understanding of JSON and web services based APIβs.
- Ability to understand our business applications quickly
Job Description & Responsibilities :-
This would be the night shift role from WFH (10:00 PM to 6:00 AM IST with +- 1hour)
- Providing level 2 and 3 technical support to customers and partners
- Interacting with Engineering, Operations and cross-functional management regularly on technical issues while providing feedback
- Reproducing customer issues, file bug reports and coordinate the delivery of fixes
- Analysing and collecting customer data: log files, Java stack traces, thread dumps, etc
- Authoring knowledge base articles and driving internal knowledge sharing
