Job Description

  • To grasp the entire sub-division’s function and it’s alignment with the business
  • Work closely with the divisional head, understand the need for strategizing Special Projects to scale the division up
  • Create business cases defining need for innovation & creation of scaled up model
  • Initiate industry study & related benchmarking, leading to business intelligence model (Substantiate with supporting data points)
  • Create end to end road map of the projects & allied assignments with timelines
  • Initiation & implementation of project management techniques(mile stoning, reviews, reports)
  • Quarterly presentations to HR top management, feedback, course correction
  • Tracking division wise ongoing projects, related developments, it’s effect on the sub division and the dovetailed measures thereof
  • Submitting regular reports to the leader highlighting the additional areas of innovation
  • Creating communication channels to socialize the progress
  • Creating tools to facilitate cultural change in the sub-division
  • Preparing presentations for the Board’s review
  • Getting familiar with the available competency driven succession plan model and developing the advanced version
  • Manpower analysis leading to decision support system
  • Provide assistance in identification of high potential employees and in creating effective career management framework
  • ‘Business As Usual’ (Reports & Responses)
