Required Qualifications & Skills:-
- Candidates should be undergraduates with strong academic records
- Minimum of 0-2 years of relevant experience – exposure to management consulting and data analytics relating to market/ business/ consumer insights, preferably in a global MNC environment within Consumer Products/ Retail industry domains
- Strong communications skills, should be able to drive discussion/ presentations with senior stakeholders
- Understanding of analytical tools and techniques including / similar to Alteryx, Tableau, Power BI is mandatory; Understanding of Python, R, and SPSS would be a plus
- Candidates should possess excellent analytical, communication, and team player skills, the ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint are required, with knowledge of tools such as Tableau, Alteryx, Power BI are a plus

Responsibilities of the Candidate:-
Bain is hiring for the position of Analyst – Consumer Product & Retail COE.
- Work along with other analysts, associates, and leads in the team and are expected to own and deliver the allocated workstream in a timely and well-organized manner
- Generate comprehensive hypotheses and prioritize solutions for the most pertinent issues using various tools and techniques
- Communicate data, knowledge, and insights to the entire team/ leadership and help in generating actionable solutions
- Work well in a team setting, understand the key aspects of delivery and deliver them with direction from senior team members
- Seek and provide actionable feedback in interactions
- Ensure timely, high-quality delivery to Bain case leadership/clients
