Qualification:–

• The candidate should be a Graduate from a top-tier college with strong academic records and 24-48 months of experience or a Post Graduate from a top-tier College with 0-24 months of experience.

POSITION SUMMARY:–

• Associates play a team member role on BCN cases, at times leading simple cases independently and at times driving the analysis on more complicated cases with significant direction from a Team Leader. 
• Associates may manage 1-3 Analysts and take responsibility for sharing appropriate information across workstreams.
• Associates provide feedback and coach Analysts on task execution and role.
• The expectation is to eventually provide significant direction and support to resolve complex issues and effectively manage client and team meetings.
• Associates are generalists who work on projects across any geography or industry.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

• Proficient professional with sound business logic and ability to structure approaches to answer complex business questions
• Able to quickly come up to speed on different businesses and perform research and analysis across all geographies and industries
• Proficient in research and analysis, but able to provide solid business judgment to derive answers in situations where data is not easily available or explicitly published
• Able to interface with primary client contact (Bain case teams from any global office)
• May have first-level team management responsibility which involves allocating and reviewing work to a small team of analysts and conducting performance discussions, writing reviews for appraisal
• May manage simple cases consistently and independently
