Qualification:–
- The candidate should be a Graduate from a top-tier college with strong academic records and 24-48 months of experience or a Post Graduate from a top-tier College with 0-24 months of experience.
- Candidates should possess excellent analytical, communication, problem solving and team player
Skills:-
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Should possess strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Prior experience in similar analytical roles may be an added advantage.

POSITION SUMMARY:–
- Associates play a team member role on BCN cases, at times leading simple cases independently and at times driving the analysis on more complicated cases with significant direction from a Team Leader.
- Associates may manage 1-3 Analysts and take responsibility for sharing appropriate information across workstreams.
- Associates provide feedback and coach Analysts on task execution and role.
- The expectation is to eventually provide significant direction and support to resolve complex issues and effectively manage client and team meetings.
- Associates are generalists who work on projects across any geography or industry.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
- Proficient professional with sound business logic and ability to structure approaches to answer complex business questions
- Able to quickly come up to speed on different businesses and perform research and analysis across all geographies and industries
- Proficient in research and analysis, but able to provide solid business judgment to derive answers in situations where data is not easily available or explicitly published
- Able to interface with primary client contact (Bain case teams from any global office)
- May have first-level team management responsibility which involves allocating and reviewing work to a small team of analysts and conducting performance discussions, writing reviews for appraisal
- May manage simple cases consistently and independently
