Job Description:-

• Associate receives Check Digital Fraud claims from the Check fraud initiation team which are disputed by the customer.
• The team sends introductory letters to the customers and review possible fraud, provide Provisional Credit, & identifying recourse opportunities for the bank.
• The team also raise request for reversing applicable Fees, Interest charges that should have been issued to customers account and works on the Incoming Hold Harmless from other financial institutions claiming fraud by our customers.
• Information received from the Customer / Other financial institutions helps us in reviewing the claim & and notify the other financial institutions.

Responsibilities:-

• Send the Introductory letter and fraud statement to the customer in a timely manner within Turn Around Time
• Investigate the claim for identifying suspicious activities on the claims and also looks for the recourse opportunities.
• Determine the best course of action for the Customer and the Bank.
• Should have strong understanding of the internal policies, procedures, Check guidelines to dispute resolution and regulatory requirements when reviewing Customer accounts
• Adherence to the SLA’s – productivity, turn-around-time, and accuracy
• Should be flexible in working multiple function
