Required Qualification :- B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or related discipline, OR an MBA in Operations, Supply Chain, Systems or Business Analytics
Detailed Eligibility:
- B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or related discipline, OR an MBA in Operations, Supply Chain, Systems or Business Analytics
- 2025 or 2026 graduates, or recent graduates, with a good academic record
- Strong analytical, logical reasoning and problem-solving skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Willingness to learn enterprise applications and supply chain business processes
- Preferred: basic knowledge of SQL, databases or programming concepts
- Preferred: understanding of Supply Chain, Logistics, ERP or Business Processes
- Preferred: exposure to Oracle Cloud, ERP or enterprise applications
- Preferred: knowledge of APIs, XML, JSON or integration concepts
- Preferred: practical exposure to Generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini or Claude, and prompt engineering fundamentals
Responsibilities:
- Learn Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) functionality, business processes and best practices
- Assist in requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing and deployment activities
- Support production issues, incident resolution and enhancement requests
- Prepare functional specifications, technical documentation and user guides
- Collaborate with business users, technical teams and project stakeholders
- Participate in system integration, data validation and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Keep learning emerging Oracle Cloud and Supply Chain technologies
- Use AI tools to improve productivity in documentation, analysis, testing and solution development
