Required Qualification :- Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Required

  • Technical Bachelor’s degree with typically 1-3 years related work experience. Master’s degree preferred but not a requirement.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)

  • Bachelor degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Production, Chemical Engineering and Aerospace), or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement.
  • 1+ year of shop floor experience in Assembly / machining / finishes / preferably in aerospace Company
  • 1+ year experience in reviewing Engineering drawing, process specification

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)

  • Should be able to communicate with suppliers and provide technical support by responding to their queries during on-site visits.
  • Exposure to Boeing specifications (D documents, BACs, BSSs, BMS) and how to navigate them is desired.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Performing engineering and technical activities in the areas of Materials, Process & Physics for various Boeing Programs.
  • Review of Boeing Drawings, part lists, process specifications, substitution list and determine the Engineering requirements in the area of Materials, Process & Physics.
  • Evaluate various Industry specification for materials and suggest alternates to Boeing specification.
  • As required provide Technical guidance to Boeing suppliers in the area of structural Assembly & machining.
  • Evaluate and test the emerging technologies in the area of structural Assembly & machining for potential application to business needs.
