Job Description and Responsibilities :-

Responsible for proactive monitoring troubleshooting of ISP links P2P links MPLS links VPN Tunnels configured on Routers firewall Switches Knowledge of Network monitoring tools like HP NNMi Solar wind Whats Up Gold Cacti Tivoli
Responsible for escalating the issue with L2 L3 ISP Wherever required For example if you see that ISP link went down then you would escalate that issue to ISP Follow Up To follow up on the issue that have been escalated to the teams until the issue is fixed CCNA preferable
