Qualification and Eligibility :-

• Pursuing a MBA or Master’s degree in any discipline (preferred disciplines include Labor and Employment/Industrial Relations; Human Resource Management; Organizational Behavior/Performance; Organizational Psychology; Leadership and Management Studies; Management Consulting; or other equivalent focus on Human Resources)
• Have a 3.5 or above GPA

Job Description :-

The Human Resources Summer Trainee is a 10-week internship opportunity in India. The Program will provide Summer trainees with on-the-job-training in one of Citi’s Business Groups (Consumer Banking; Institutional Clients Group; and Corporate Functions) and the following HR functions:
* HR Advisor
* Talent and Performance Management
* Staffing and Recruitment (Professional; and Campus)
* Compensation Learning and Development HR Systems and Technology
