Required Qualifications & Skills:-

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong logical reasoning and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Python programming language, with experience in libraries commonly used in AI/ML development (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
• Strong understanding of machine learning fundamentals, including supervised and unsupervised learning, deep learning architectures, and optimization techniques.
• Familiarity with data preprocessing techniques such as data cleaning, feature engineering, and normalization.
• Knowledge of LLMs and generative AI concepts, including but not limited to natural language processing (NLP), sequence modeling, and text generation.

Roles & Responsibilities:-

• Algorithm Development: Collaborate with the team to design, implement, and optimize machine learning algorithms and models using Python libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
• Data Preprocessing: Assist in the collection, preprocessing, and augmentation of datasets to ensure high-quality inputs for training and testing machine learning models.
• Model Training and Evaluation: Participate in training machine learning models, tuning hyperparameters, and evaluating model performance using appropriate metrics and techniques.
• Research and Innovation:Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML, particularly in areas related to LLMs and generative AI, and contribute ideas for improving existing models or developing new approaches.
• OpenAI ChatGPT Integration:Explore and utilize OpenAI ChatGPT API and fine-tuning methods to enhance conversational AI capabilities within our projects.
• Documentation and Reporting:Document the development process, experimental results, and findings to facilitate knowledge sharing and future reference.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, software engineers, and product managers, to integrate AI/ML solutions into our products and services
