Graudate Development Advisor will work within the Graduate Development team, providing comprehensive support to the Specialists and the processess that they each individually own, in addition to being responsible for all administrative tasks that sit with the team and your own distinct projects.

· EIB spreadsheet completion
· Trainee contracts
· GDL maintenance payments
· LPC maintenance payments
· Vero referencing
· Reference requests for future trainees (not current trainees)
· Visas for trainees
· Pro bono secondment agreements
· New starter emails to interviewers
· Trainee diversity and inclusion Workday reporting
· Professional Skills Course bookings
· Linguarama bookings and invoices
· Appraisals completion
· Checklists completion
· Spreadsheets including (but not limited to) the master and seat history spreadsheets
· Career Development process: book CDM meetings for GD specialists
· Engagement trainee surveys
· Creation of qualification packs
