Service Execution:–
• Perform activities mentioned in KRA/Position summary based on defined guidelines in SOPs/Run books with business impact understanding.
• Ensure stated productivity requirements for the engagement.
• Perform Health check and event monitoring.
• Verify all daemons are running as per standard operating procedures.
• Verify all applications are working without any alterations in service.
• Verify receipt of any push or pull actions.
• Review logs and device configuration for change logging.
• Perform back up the configuration, system and audit files.
• Provide user access according to defined policy and standards.
• Perform signature and image update/fine tuning as per defined procedure.

Stakeholder Management:-• Adherence to customer security and compliance requirements.
• Adherence to customer communication etiquettes.
