Required Qualification :- Β Bachelorβs degree in mechanical engineering or related field
Qualifications You Must Have:
- Bachelorβs degree in mechanical engineering or related field
- 0β2 years of relevant experience in mechanical engineering, preferably in the aerospace industry
- Proficiency in CAD tools (CATIA preferred)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Basic understanding of supply chain processes and manufacturing techniques.
- Proficiency in using MS Office tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, for documentation and reporting.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, global working environment.
- Familiarity with GD&T, quality standards (AS9100 or ISO 9001), and materials.

What You Will Learn:
- In this role, you will contribute to the design, development, and sustainment of electro-mechanical products while providing operational support and solving engineering challenges. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including supply chain, manufacturing, and engineering, to ensure the successful delivery of projects and products.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Product Design and Development:
- Sound knowledge on mechanical engineering fundamentals, product design and drawing standards.
- Interpret component drawings, assemblies, and BOMs; proficiency in CAD software (e.g., CATIA) and knowledge of Teamcenter/PLM preferred.
- Optimize designs for manufacturability, performance, and cost.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to contribute innovative solutions to engineering challenges.
- Assist in identifying and resolving technical issues throughout the product development lifecycle, from concept to production.
- Exposure to electro-mechanical product design is a plus.
2. Operational Support and Problem Solving:
- Provide engineering support in addressing and resolving technical issues.
- Address technical issues through root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Collaborate with manufacturing and supply chain teams to support production and resolve technical challenges.
3. Sustaining Engineering:
- Good working experience in Engineering Change management process, including upgrades, modifications, and obsolescence management.
- Knowledge of materials (metals, plastics), special processes, surface finishes, and consumables (e.g., adhesives, paints).
- Implement engineering changes by providing robust long-term solutions and updating documentation as needed.
