Position Overview & Priorities:

CometChat is looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Manual Tester Intern to join QA team. If you have a keen eye for detail and love ensuring software works perfectly, this role is for you!

Primary responsibility would be:

• Write and execute extensive manual test cases for various software components, including APIs, SDKs, and UIKits.
• Perform thorough testing of software features before release to ensure high-quality standards.
• Document test cases for all functionalities, ensuring comprehensive test coverage and traceability.
• Reproduce client-reported bugs and work closely with the development team to ensure fixes are implemented correctly.
• Retest fixed bugs and validate solutions before they are released to production.
• Report identified bugs in the system clearly and accurately, providing detailed steps to reproduce.
• Maintain and update test case repositories to ensure comprehensive coverage of features.
