- Touch base with clients
- Understand clients requirements
- To identify potential clients who are keen on purchasing new property
- Assisting clients with evaluation of offers, negotiating terms and deal closure
- Meeting clients and co-ordinate with them at regular basis
- Developing and maintaining relationships with clients and developers
- Address clients queries
- Site visit with clients
