Required Qualification :- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

0-2 years of software development experience through full-time roles.
Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, operating systems, and computer science fundamentals.
Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Java, Node.js, Python, or Go.
Familiarity with mobile application development (Android, Flutter, React Native, or similar technologies).
Well-versed with the latest AI models and agentic frameworks and how to use them in the application layer.
Understanding of APIs, databases, networking fundamentals, and software design principles.
Experience with Git and modern software development workflows.
Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to work across multiple technology domains.

Exposure to microservices architecture and distributed systems.
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
Understanding of Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and observability tools.
Experience working with SQL and NoSQL databases.
Knowledge of system design fundamentals and scalable application architecture.
Participation in hackathons, open-source projects, or noteworthy personal projects.

Develop and maintain features across mobile applications and backend microservices.
Build high-quality, performant, and reliable software with a strong focus on user experience.
Design, develop, and maintain APIs and backend services that power customer and employee experiences.

Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and production support.
