Roles & Responsibilities:-
- AR Callers maintain accurate records of all communications with customers regarding payments.
- AR Callers may be required to generate reports on accounts receivable status, aging of receivables, collection efforts, and other key metrics.
- AR Callers reconcile accounts by matching payments received with outstanding invoices.
- AR Callers maintain accurate records of all communications with customers regarding payments.
- Effective communication and collaboration are essential for streamlining processes and improving collections.
