Qualifications & Skills Required:-
Mandate Skills:
- Should be able to handle large data set
- Should have good understanding of Transportation flow
- Excellent communication and Email writing skills
- Should have excellent skills in using MS Office (Excel in particular)
Preferred Skills:
- Real time experience in OTM and SAP transport management system will be an added advantage
- SQL knowledge will be added advantage
- Degree in Logistics/Supply chain
- Ability to independently organize daily work activities
Roles and Responsibilities:-
- Trouble shooting unprocessed/incomplete shipments or errors while creating shipment in OTM, SAP or any other transportation system
- Upload/Edit/Delete carriers, lanes and rates in OTM, SAP or any other transportation system
- Follow up for pending data as per schedule
- Verify freight invoices with rate contracts for disputed invoices submitted by carrier and provide findings
- Reporting of Logistics Metrics using SQL, MS Excel and PowerPoint for all businesses
- Collaborate with Carriers/Customers and counterparts to collect shipment data. Validate the accuracy of data and upload in system or work around to collect correct data
