QUALIFICATIONS:-
Regular Full Time Education in Visual Media, Graduate with exposure to computer applications, Engineering, MCA or equivalent from a recognized university/institute
Experience/ Requirements:-
- Design, Create and maintain Graphics to be used in learning content.
- Exposure to Camtasia, Captivate and other elearning and video editing tools
- Graphic design skills โ fluency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Aftereffects and Illustrator).
- Visual sense demonstrating various types of design โ web, print, videos, and animations.
- Passion for user-focused design.
- Understanding of color theory, typography, composition, and photo retouching
- Demonstrated experience in designing e learning
- Good communication and writing skills.
- Ability to grow professionally in a fast-moving environment.
POSITION OVERVIEW:โ
- The Graphics Designer will play a critical in the visual design of training artifacts.
- Responsible for creation of striking visuals used in learning content and Learning Management Portal.
- Also, responsible for design and development of Interactive Videos, Elearning content, Iconographic, Page layout Design on LMS.
- ย This will include editing and adding audio and visual elements to existing videos.ย
- The candidate needs to be highly motivated and an energetic Designer, who takes initiative and is apt at working with Graphics and Videos tools.
- The candidate should be detail-oriented and deliver quality work.
RESPONSIBILITIES:-
- Design and maintenance of artwork
- Development of e-courses
- Design and development of Standard Product videos
- Domain specific training videos
- Slide decks and graphical artifacts
- Creation of graphics for courses and newsletters
- Ensure Graphical and video content created do not violate any copy rights and is within the legal framework.
- Develop Animations to be used in learning content.
- Translate business processes and concepts in a graphical content
- Follow industry standards and adhere to specifications
Daily Tasks:โ
- Create videos for both external and Internal use.
- Create graphics, charts, and illustrations
- Work with the team to create storyboard elements
- Work on creating multimedia content
- Work on revisions to existing videos and graphics
- Take ownership of daily project needs and communications.
- Manage project tasks, timelines, and communication.
- Other tasks as needed for successful project completion.
