Required Qualification :-
- B.Sc./M.Sc. in Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or related fields.
- B.Tech./M.Tech. in Food Technology or Food Engineering.
Experience:
- Β 1β3 years of hands-on experience in HPLC analysis within a food testing laboratory.
Job Description:
- Perform or coordinate laboratory testing (microbiological, chemical, and physical analysis).
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards such asΒ HACCP,Β GMP,Β GHP,Β ISO 22000, and applicableΒ FSSAIΒ regulations.
- Maintain quality records, inspection reports, and documentation.
- Investigate product quality issues, customer complaints, and non-conformities.
- Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Conduct internal audits and support external regulatory or certification audits.
- Train production staff on food safety, hygiene, and quality procedures.
