Required Qualification & Skills:- 

• BSc Computer Science, BSc Information Technology (IT), Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA), Master of Computer Applications (MCA)
• Eligible participants must be from the batches of 2023 and 2024 with no active backlogs
• Knowledge of analytics with a data-oriented mindset to support data driven decision making.
• Knowledge of Power BI, SQL, Excel & PowerPoint
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team.

Job Description & Responsibilities:-

• Work with large, complex data sets to solve difficult, non-routine analysis problems by applying advanced analytical methods as needed.
• Harmonize data as required and set up models according to the business logic defined.
• Use statistical tools to identify and evaluate the relationships between data fields, analyze output, and determine the next action.
• Create dashboards for various stakeholders for self-serve data needs.
• As part of end-to-end project execution, learn standard refreshes and routine work for production support and maintenance.
• Communicate with internal and client teams daily to understand tasks and deliver per the committed timeline.
• Exhibit ownership and responsibility in assigned tasks and responsibilities.
• Learn and implement the documentation process for every process you are involved in.
• Communicate effectively and follow up with clients and stakeholders based on assigned tasks.
• Be open to continuous upskilling as needed for the project.
•  Maintain a can-do attitude and be open to new work and challenges.

Hackathon Structure: This hackathon consists of two phases:

1. Coding Round: Test your coding skills and problem-solving abilities.
2. Interview Rounds:
   • Technical Round: Assess your technical knowledge and expertise.
   • Business Understanding Round: Evaluate your understanding of business requirements and solution design.
   • HR Round: Discuss your fit within the team and organization.
3. Each interview round will be 20-30 minutes long.
