Qualifications
Graduate in any stream and an MBA or pursuing an MBA with a certification course in CSR from a reputed university or institute
Ideal Skills
- Strong research acumen and detail orientation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Mastery of Microsoft PowerPoint
- Microsoft Excel and experience in making online communication collateral such as collages and flyers
- Power BI experience is a bonus

Role And Responsibilities:-
- Working on Fractal CSRs vision and goal refresh exercise
- Contributing by way of before after analysis of key projects
- Evaluating the existing framework from an approach and impact perspective
- Aligning the vision and thrust areas for a sharper focus
- Refreshing the applicable due diligence, onboarding monitoring and evaluation checklists
- Supporting a refresh of the current Fractal CSR projects pipeline
- Restructuring and automating the CSR partner on boarding process and other team checklists
- Working on refreshing the Fractal volunteering experience and events
- Working on developing Fractal CSR communication and collateral
- Working on Fractal CSRs FCSR projects on embedding sustainability in the organization including sustainable procurement, carbon footprint measurement and workspace design
- Incorporating principles such as Social Return on Investment SROI and Theory of Change ToC or other framework as advised to measure impact
- Working on other FCSR priorities from time to time
