• Proven experience in service parts management, data analysis, and project coordination. 
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment. 

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills 

• Experience with Servigistics and PDS setups. 
• Knowledge of client processes and documentation standards. 
• Familiarity with end-to-end testing and validation processes. 
• Attention to detail and accuracy. 
• Strong organizational and time management skills. 
• Ability to drive systemic improvements and validate changes. 
• Proactive approach to identifying and resolving discrepancies. 

Roles & Responsibilities: 

Project Coordination: 

• Oversee the execution of projects through coordination with respective teams and the functional team. 
• Report weekly/monthly updates on project progress and improvements. 

Order Health Checks: 

• Conduct proactive and reactive health checks of orders across the system to improve yield. 
• Perform or build global parts data health checks and drive resolution. 

Data Cleanup and Clarifications: 

• Assist the data cleanup team with error clarifications to fix issues in production systems. 
• Explain data-related queries to functional users. 

Setup Activities: 

• Assist planning users with SPM setups (e.g., review reasons, locations, location hierarchies in Servigistics). 
• Assist planning users with PDS setups. 

Functional Support: 

• Assist functional super users with proof of concept for new functionality in SPM. 
• Identify and develop relevant enhancements in PDS and coordinate with support teams for other interfaces. 

Warehouse Onboarding/Offboarding: 

Manage the onboarding and offboarding of warehouses, including requirement gathering, change identification, integration testing, conversions, and deployment. 

Documentation and Processes: 

• Follow client-defined processes for documentation of changes and user SOPs. 
• Validate and deploy functional and technical setups. 

Testing and Validation: 

• Perform functional analysis of business process data flow during project initiation. 
• Conduct validation and functional testing of requirements as needed. 
• Create and execute end-to-end functional test scenarios within PDS and SPM. 

Post-Go Live Support: 

• Provide post-go live support for implemented projects. 
• Assist client in end-to-end testing and validation of implementations. 

Reporting and Data Analysis: 

• Create or modify custom reports and provide data analysis for business problems. 
• Deploy changes, production fixes, enhancements, and project-related changes in production environments. 

Collaboration and Support: 

• Work collaboratively with other consultants to support planning activities. 
• Provide clarifications and troubleshooting in PDS, SPM, and other relevant areas for the planning COE. 

Project Management: 

• Ensure supplier meets all contractual and financial obligations. 
• Optimize inventory investment and fulfilment objectives. 

KPI Management: 

• Help ensure runtime KPIs and other client bowler metrics KPIs are met. 
• Support repair activities to improve productivity KPIs for client. 

Business Benefit Realization: 

• Partner with client to realize business benefits. 
• Prepare and execute cut-over plans.
