• Masters/PGDM in Systems AT Operations or related programs
• MBA in Finance/HR/Marketing/ General Management are not
• Passing year 2023
• Aggregate t Last announced results: 60% or 0 CGPA throughout 10th, 12th, UG, and PG/MBA
• No active Backlogs
• Excellent communication skills-Fluent in spoken & written
• Fight Attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with high level of energy and flexibility
• Appreciation of organizational processes

Job Description & Responsibilities:-

• Opportunity to work with technology teams, help in solving business problems through innovation and engineering practices
• Understand and translate requirements of our clients and partners bass the rationale of the ask and revert back to them with appropnate solutions on what is best and why
• Cultivate strong working relationstips with co-workers
• Run regular governance activities like scrum malls, status updates etc
• Growth can be in Program Management and client facing Program Director roles or based on interested tower’s leadership roles
