Required Qualifications & Skills:-

**For Graphic Design Intern:

• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Canva
• Basic understanding of layouts, typography, color, and design principles
• Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail
• Strong learning mindset with an ability to seek creative, design-led solutions to challenging problems
• Strong communication skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• A keen eye for aesthetics with meticulous attention to detail
• Creative thinking, analytical skills, and a curious mindset
• Bonus: Fundamental understanding of animation
• Graphic Design major is preferred 

Roles & Responsibilities:-

• Ensure timely project delivery while strictly adhering to brand standards
• Design striking print and digital materials, including data visualization and social media templates, with a focus on creating market-ready solutions
• Proficiently utilize graphic design tools for diverse media projects
• Evaluate requirements, initiating ideation for optimal customer experiences
• Stay updated on the latest design trends to bring a fresh and creative perspective aligned with industry innovations
• Work closely with cross-functional teams like research, product, and community to maintain design consistency across different teams 

**For Product Design Intern:

• Proficient in design tools such as Figma/Sketch/Adobe XD
• Strong communication skills with the ability to thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
• Projects/Case Studies demonstrating experience in digital UX, possessing solid visual, interaction, and prototyping skills.
• Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong learning mindset with ability to seek creative, design-led solutions to challenging problems.
• Good to have:
  • Experience in prototyping using Figma/Principle/After Effects.
  • Familiarity with style guides/UI components library.
  • Exposure to 3D software.

Roles & Responsibilities:-

• Grasp product briefs and articulate ideas/solutions under the supervision of the design team.
• Collaborate with the design team to create and deliver design solutions ready for market implementation.
• Document the design process for each feature, encompassing research findings, ideations, and usability testing. Monitor the impact after the product release.
• Craft flows and experiences that exhibit simplicity and elegance for our supported mobile platforms.
• Make informed decisions by thoroughly understanding data and aligning with business goals.
• Collaborate seamlessly with design and other cross-functional teams, including research, data, product, and engineers.
