- Willingness to travel for business acquisition
- Candidate must be energetic, proactive, and customer-focused
- Age limit: Not more than 30 years
Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire new customers for Loan Against Property (LAP) and Home Loans (HL) products
- Generate leads through:
- Personal references
- Referrals from branch network
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
- Understand client financial needs and offer suitable lending solutions
- Ensure smooth coordination with internal teams for loan processing and disbursement
- Consistently achieve sales targets and business goals
- Maintain updated knowledge of products, processes, and market competition
Contract Details:
- This is a contractual role for 11 months
- Contract renewal will be based on performance
