Job description:-

• This role requires to work along with HR comp specialist both internally and externally to benchmark the entire benefits across ISEF forum members.
• Also, come up with detailed benefits offering which are in place in the Industry. HR management will use the report to come out with the benefits humanization plan for the company.

Responsibilities:-

In your new role you will:

• Design a survey methodology, questionnaire and topics to be surveyed
• Communicate with intendent participants and obtain concurrence for survey participations
• Build professional relationship and deploy survey questionnaire
