Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work

Analytical and Problem solving skills:-

Analytical problem solvers who will understand issues, evaluate solutions and work with their colleagues, to resolve customer issues
