And now, Infrrd is looking for a highly motivated intern with a passion for recruitment and people interaction to join our dynamic Talent Acquisition team for a period of 6 months.
- Candidate Sourcing: Source candidates via online job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Resume Screening: Review resumes to identify qualified candidates and maintain an organized pipeline.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and manage interviews between candidates and hiring managers for an efficient process.
- Candidate Communication: Keep candidates updated on their application status and address inquiries promptly.
- Applicant Tracking: Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS.
- Recruitment Advertising: Assist in creating and posting job ads online and monitor their performance.
- Employer Branding: Support social media content creation and recruitment event coordination to enhance employer branding.
