Required Qualification & Skills:- 

• Bachelor’s degree (BBA) or Master’s degree (MBA) in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers and team members.
• Willing to work in Night Shift – 8PM IST to 5AM IST
• Willing to work from office – Bhubaneswar, Odisha

Core Roles & Responsibilities:-

•  Business Development / Technology Sales for IT services companies.
•  Dealing with IT services for all the verticals.
•  E-mail etiquette/ writing.
•  Proficient in MS office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
•  Reaching out to prospects through cold calls / LinkedIn messages / emails to generate awareness / interest about Mindfire Digital LLP and services.
•  Profiling and qualifying prospects based on their role, designation & service line, shortlisting companies based on industry, geography, revenue, employee strength and vertical.
•  Conduct extensive & meticulous secondary research on companies and individuals using different Market research tools like LinkedIn, Tech Crunch, Bloomberg & others.
