Job Description & Responsibilities:-
Mindtickle is seeking a talented full-stack developer to join our dynamic team. You will work directly with our engineering teams to develop Gen AI-based features. This is an opportunity to join a fast-paced, innovative company and strongly impact new product development and user experience.
The candidate will be responsible for designing, building, maintaining, and scaling features that power Mindtickle’s customers to provide sales training and coaching to their sales representatives.
- Design, develop, and maintain web applications using modern front-end and back-end technologies.
- Hands-on Gen AI-based feature development.
- Translating business problems directly into technical solutions.
- Collaborating within your product streams and team to bring best practices and leverage our world-class tech stack.
- Setting quantifiable objectives that encapsulate the quality attributes of our system and measuring the fitness of application against these set marks.
- Setting up tracking/alerting systems and ensuring that the infrastructure/software is functioning as expected.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
