Job description:-

Relevant experience with loan origination and loan processing
Process loans approved by an Underwriter or an automated decisioning systems
Verify conditions of approval which may include customer income/assets documentation, resolves routine title issues including vesting issues, child support liens, judgment liens, mechanic liens and undisclosed liens and reconveyances
Prepare, review and generate closing documents according to client specifications ensure all compliance requirements are met
Resolve closing issues, make system changes and expedite corrected documents to facilitate scheduled closings
