  • Should have Strong Problem solving and Teamwork skills
  • Should have good basic knowledge in C,C++, OOPS Concepts and Java.
• For Business Analyst Trainee (Fresher) 
  • Any Degree / Professional Degree
  • Basic Understanding of Business Analyst role in IT Industry
  • Should have strong English communication skill (Oral & Written)
  • Should have strong Analytical Skill

Levels of Interview:-

• Developer Trainee: 
  • Initial profile screening – call with HR
  • Group Discussion
  • Written Test (Aptitude, English and Technical)
  • Technical round (F2F)
  • Final round with our CEO via Microsoft Teams
• Business Analyst Trainee: 
  • Initial profile screening – call with HR
  • Group Discussion
  • Written Test (Aptitude, English writing skill)
  • Technical round via teams
