Qualification & Skills :-
- A Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with excellent academic record.
- Excellent communication skills with a strong command over written and spoken English is essential.
- Experience or knowledge in Patent coordinator task is added advantage but not must
- Knowledge of patent formal matters related to Indian Patent Office (IPO), patenting procedures will be desirable but not must
- Some demonstrated skills for solving problems using process-oriented thinking is desirable.
- Knowledge of procedures in connection with handling incoming and outgoing case files correspondences

Job Position :-
- As a Patent Coordinator Trainee, We will train you on handling various Patent Coordinator task like Daily due date tasks, Distribution, Docketing & PAMSing, Providing support to IN patent attorneys by delivering patent support services for IN cases, in accordance with the CP-GBS specific manuals and Guidelines available in Globeshare.
- After completion of formal training you will support IN patent attorneys by delivering patent support services under the supervision of mentor/coach/trainer. You will assist the Patent Coordinators by handling the daily due date tasks, distribution, docketing & PAMSing under the supervision of mentor/coach/trainer.
- You must stay current on the changes in Rules and Acts implemented by the IN-Patent Office and suggest proactive measures appropriately and actively collaborate with the IN-Patent Attorneys and the Global Patent Coordinators
