Roles & Responsibilities (What you will do):
- Using statistical tools to identify, analyze, and interpret patterns and trends in complex data sets could be helpful for the diagnosis and prediction.
- Apply Data analysis and sounded knowledge and suggest areas for continuous improvement.
- Preparing reports for the process stating trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data
- Work closely with process team to understand and maintain focus on their analytics needs, including critical metrics and KPIs, and deliver actionable insights to relevant decision-makers.
- Create best-practice reports based on data mining, analysis, and visualization.
- Collaborate with team members to collect and analyze data.
- Use graphs, infographics and other methods to visualize data.
- Structure large data sets to find usable information.
- Analyzing collected data and putting it into a format that others can easily interpret.
- Apply established processes and procedures and suggest areas for continuous improvement.
- Create presentations and reports based on recommendations and findings.
- High-level written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and customer focus at all times.
- Take ownership for assigned projects and other duties.
