Job Description:

• Develop clinical user and/or installation and service documentation for MRI products:
• Instructions for Use and online help systems
• Technical Discriptions
• Installation Notes/Quick Guides
• Errata/Addendums as appropriate
• Interacts with functional organizations to develop documentation
• Prepares documentation plans from engineering documentation,requirements and/or customer requirements
• Participates in cross functional teams (Product Managers, Clinical Application Specialists, Engineering, Product Support Engineering and Regulatory) to represent documentation status and deliverables; provide input to program schedules and milestones
• Adheres to Philips templates and processes to ensure quality and consistency of deliverables
• Work with external vendors (e.g. Translation, tool development) through the documentation development lifecycle
• Identifying areas of improvement in our processes and products and implementing them within the team as appropriate
• Implementing guidelines and/or requirements of appropriate standards in the Learning Products area

Critical Experience:

• Preferably at least 1 to 2 years of experience in technical writing with a Content Management System.
• Professional level of English in speech and writing.

Competencies:

Instructional Content design Technical writing, preferably experience in topic-based writing Experience with C-CMS, preferably ST4 from Schema Affinity with the medical technical area Experience with translation management.
