Desired Candidate Profile:-

• The role involves on-boarding Cab drivers on the PhonePe platform
• Should have Android Phone and Bike/Scooter
• Good Kannada and English skills
• Age Limit: 18-35- Male

Prerequisite Skills:-

• Negotiation Skills
• Customer Relationship Management
• Prospecting
• Product Presentation
• Communication Skills

• 6 Months to 3 Year(s) of experience as Sales / Business Development mandatory

Responsibilities:-

• On-boarding Cab drives from Ola, Uber, and other logistics companies on the PhonePe platform
• A near-by location will be allocated and candidate need to target Petrol bunks and Cab Hubs to on-board drivers in bulk
• Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
• Maintains relationships with clients by providing support & services, information, and guidance researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending service improvements.
