Role & Responsibilities
- Verification and Accounting of Vendor invoices
- Verification and Accounting / payment of Import transactions
- Verification & Accounting of Employee Claims
- Petty Cash accounting
- Travel Expenses Accounting
- Passing payment entries / preparation of bank upload
- Preparation / Accounting of import documents

Other Role & Responsibilities
- Complete Accounts receivable including processing customer invoicing, accruals, revenue recognition.
- Advanced knowledge of excel is a MUST
- Candidate is responsible for correctly processing and recording customer payments and checks on a regular basis.
- Good communication skills to interact with the customers and get payment for overdue invoices.
- Independently be able resolve discrepancies related to invoices.
- To be able to perform any back-up duties as needed with the accounting and project team and be able to support that team with project-based assignments.
- Excellent communication capabilities both oral and written
- Handle Audit Queries regarding AR, Advance Income, Revenue Variance, Resource utilization, etc.
