Qualifications:-
Required knowledge ,skills & abilities:-
Most important:– a smart, motivated, curious person with good coding skills & understanding of web technologies. This position could be filled by someone coming from a development or QA background.
A high level of attention to detail and personal responsibility for the quality of your work Specifically your skills and experience MUST include:
1. Coding skills
2. Knowledge of Java/.net/shell scripting, etc.
3. Knowledge of SQL & relational database technology.
4. Test automation experience. Experience with any of the following tools & technologies: JUnit, HTTpUnit, HTMLUnit, Selenium, TestNG, Rational Robot, Eclipse etc

Overview:-
The QA automation engineer will test web applications and web services using automated test tools.
Responsibilities:-
Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to the following:
1. Testing of web apps and web services via automation (requirements gathering, architecture/spec review, test case design, bug reporting, etc.)
2. The coding, maintenance & execution of automated test scripts.
3. Running automated tests & regression tests, analyzing results, reporting bugs, etc.
4. Some build, SCM & deployment activities like Writing and maintaining build & deploy scripts
