• Classify the documents and index to respective workflow with accuracy/completeness
• Meet minimum quantity per hour requirements for Cancellations/Reinstatements/Others

• Able to use the Leasing Desk and Onesite website as needed independently
• Provide support for account managers for research requests as needed.
